i put off watching this movie for a long time in part because of the fanbase, after watching it though, i think its genuinely interesting. honestly ive never watched any found footage movies before, so it was such a cool experience!!
i also do wanna clarify, i can see what a lot of the fandom surrounding this movie sees, that being the romantic tension of sorts between the two of them, but i think the way the fandom expresses that is.. a little odd to say the least, definitely not unexpected though.
